St. Landry has a 10,000 sq. ft. modern facility ready to be filled by entrepreneurs and executives looking for a place to launch. Rooms are built and ready to be occupied including a 4,000 sq. ft. warehouse with loading ramp that used to be the Daily World newspaper. Come tour the facility on the 1-49 service road just 20 minutes from Lafayette.

The Friends of INNOV8 VIP Suite available during Festival offers: indoor and outdoor gated spaces with first and second floor patios; heavy hors d’oeuvres from Zeus Cafe and Agave Cantina, bottled water, cash bar; seating, view of Parc Sans Souci, indoor restrooms; and mobile phone charging station. FOI membership includes two Friends of INNOV8 badges, which are required for admission. Children under 12 get in free when accompanied by adult member.
