The Center for Cultural and Eco-Tourism’s Backyard Series returns with its final workshop of the year Evolution of Cajun and Creole Cooking: Creole Turtle Bisque.

In this  BS workshop, Chef Extraordinaire Pat Mould joins with Cajun supreme Dr. Barry Jean Ancelet to entertain the series’ loyal audience with storytelling and fine food as they discuss the intricacies of how to properly prepare a creole turtle bisque.

The Backyard Series is free and open to all ages with food and drinks available for purchase. Evolution of Cajun and Creole Cooking: Creole Turtle Bisque takes place Tuesday, Dec. 11, at Vermilionville’s Performance Center starting at 6:30 p.m.
