Start prepping fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches because not just one but several Elvis impersonators are coming to the Heymann Center Thursday. And they are bringing Ann-Margaret along.

Five different men play Elvis for this stage production that chronicles Elvis’ life and career in song and movies at the Heymann Center on Jan. 19. The performers are all finalists in the Elvis Presley Enterprises Worldwide Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, which is the contest sanctioned by the famous singer’s estate.

Elvis Lives breaks his life into four segments. Ann-Margaret was the ginger siren who appeared in one of Presley’s most famous movies, Viva Las Vegas.

Thursday’s show begins at 7:30 p.m. For show information including ticket prices and seating call the Heymann Ticket Office at 291-5555.

The show is part of the Sterling Automotive Broadway Series at the Heymann. Upcoming shows in the series will be Cats on Feb. 13, My Fair Lady Feb. 28 and Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein March 18. Information about these shows can be found online here or by calling the Heymann Ticket Office, as well.
