The Dewey Balfa camp is looking for a few good men and women

The 2010 Dewey Balfa Cajun and Creole Heritage Week incorporates two amazing weekend festival days, five additional nights of dancing to top bands on a hardwood floor under a top, a week of immersive, experiential cultural learning, amazing food and so much more!

And right now the folks at Louisiana Folk Roots, who conduct heritage week are looking for a few more helping hands.

If you’d like to lend your talents and skills to help sell music and merchandise, collect admissions, or make drinks for thirsty dancers, they’ve got some key volunteer shifts still open for the weekend festival days, evening dances and other activities from Friday-Friday, April 16-23.
