The Independent's 14th Annual Bridal Show

Romance was in the air at The Independent Weekly’s 14th Annual Bridal Show held on Sunday, March 20 at the Cajundome Convention Center. We had an exciting day with our Bride to be attendees and vendors. With over 80 booths and two dazzling runway style shows, it was the biggest yet.

We are already planning next year’s show. The date for the 2012 event is Sunday, March 4. (Mardi Gras is Tuesday, February 21, 2012.) This gives everyone just enough time to recuperate from Mardi Gras and is only a few weeks after Valentine’s Day, when so many couples get engaged.
