U.S. Rep William Jefferson may be heading to another campaign victory, but the bribery charges against him are sticking, according to a federal appeals court. In 2005, FBI agents raided Jefferson's home and found $90,000 in cash in his freezer that had been given to him by an FBI informant. Last year, Jefferson was indicted on 16 charges of corruption, to which he pled not guilty. Jefferson could appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
