Noose in the GOHSEP office

In a story that's making national headlines, a black employee with the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness found a small noose made of twine on her desk. The Advocate reports that the employee and another co-worker discovered the small noose on her desk. State and federal authorities are investigating the incident.

Governor Foster gave us Black church burnings. This must be what LABI Limbaugh means when he says Jindal has turned things around. The only good thing so far is nobody has died/murdered/disabled like from DEQ's environmental racism.
