A look back at Festival International '09

Clear skies and breezy warm spring weather paved the way for another successful year for Festival International de Louisiane. Lafayette Police estimate 10,000 people attended the festival’s opening night last Wednesday. Attendance remained high through the weekend, though police do not have any other official crowd estimates.
