Medicine Show 13 tonight at Grant Street

The 13th annual Medicine Show concert and fundraiser for the Dr. Tommy Comeaux Memorial Endowed Fund for Traditional Music takes place tonight at Grant Street. The show starts at 8 p.m. and advance tickets are $15. All proceeds go to the Dr. Comeaux fund to establish an endowed chair for traditional music at UL Lafayette.

The artists, in order of appearance, are Roddie Romero & Beau Thomas, Steve Conn, Sonny Landreth & friends (Doug Belote and H.B. Smith), the UL Lafayette Faculty Jazz Ensemble, and the Sons of Vodoo. Zachary Richard will also be making a guest appearance during the first hour of the show. The event will once again be broadcast live on KRVS 88.7 FM and via krvs.org.
