Fiddling around at NuNu's

Fiddleheads take heed. A once in a blue moon convocation of some of the best fiddlers in Louisiana takes place Thursday night in Arnaudville. David Greely, Louis Michot, Anya Burgess, Al Berard, Cedric Watson, Curry Perkins, Linzay Young, Jeffery Broussard, and Joel Savoy will take the stage at NuNu’s to showcase Irish, Creole, Old Timey and Cajun fiddle and the stories behind the music. The big space in the Town Market will be set up for candle-lit seating and gumbo is on the menu from NuNu’s cafe. Tickets are $18 in advance available on NuNu’s website $20 at the door. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and music begins at 8:00.
