***A NIGHT OF LOUISIANA MUSIC***, IN THE GRAMMY MUSEUM AT LOS ANGELES!!
RAISING FUNDS FOR MUSICIANS TRAVEL EXPENSES!!
Someone clue me ,Why not ah A NIGHT IN LOUISIANA, MUSIC to raise funds
and support our own homeys here in louisiana??????? To defray expenses
for travel and stay, rather than our musicians going with their hats in their hand, like homeless peeps ! Jesus, this many org.'s and they all lack the foresight or initiative to raise funds locally, RATHER THAN TELL THE MUSIC WORLD, SHAME, * WE DON'T SUPPORT OUR UNIQUE HOMEY !

Just an FYI to NORTHSIDIAN SHOTGUN, there was a fundraiser at Vermilionville on October 8 as part of the Louisiana Crossroads Season 10 concert series hosted by more or less the same entities above to help with travel expenses for the musicians. Also, I don't think anyone in LA views the event as "our musicians going with their hats in their hand, like homeless peeps," the event is very well received and a great opportunity to showcase the great local music we know and love. Do your research before you publicly call people out in an open forum.
