Courir de Mardi Gras on Feb. 15 at Vermilionville

Vermilionville keeps it old school by hosting Courir de Mardi Gras on Feb. 15. Experience a country-style Mardi Gras in the city. It all starts at 11:00 a.m. and runs till 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Revel with the runners from the Basile Mardi Gras Association as they go door-to-door. Sheryl Cormier & Cajun Sounds supply the live music. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students, and children get in free.
