I love Kelly ´s work with MSG, Lana and Erik, his great solo album from 2005.
Last time I saw him live was with Lana Lane and Erik Norlander in Schiedam, Holland.

Kelly, is there a possibility you might gig overhere in some shape or form=
Maybe De Boerderij in Zoetermeer or De Pul in Uden are good locations.

Cheers, Mark - Mark Nolde

Everyone take a deep breath, step away from your keyboard and allow me to clear the air with a clarification: During my interview with Kelly Keeling for this story, I asked him where he got the idea for the tribute and he said it came to him when, "I did a solo show for the Vortex, it was an art show." I apologize for the mix-up. - Dominick Cross

To the public
the statements made by Kelly Keeling and his manager are false. I would never do anything in this manner to make a public annoucement against anyone unless it was for a good cause. I want to opologise for any misunderstandings to the public and THE INDEPENDENT. I left Cite des arts as curator to pursue my carreer in the arts further. To Kelly Keeling and his manager. I only wish you the best in the shows you do at cite des arts and further events... God Bless. - Paul Meo

I wasn't invited to play the art show--I offered to play as a friend to Paul- for free. I also offered Paul to hang up some of his art at MY show since I felt bad about him not being able to work there anymore- nevermind the reasons...maybe there is a reason that he wasn't mentioned in the article that I don't know about. look-I love Cite~ and The show will be great there--But be real it isn't the only place to perform a show..am I right? Maybe I'll fall in love with it and vow never to play another venue again..I doubt it...it's a lovely place. "I" Offered to play and "I" and My Management team were instrumental in getting the gig there- In search of places to perform the Beatles show among others Cite~ was offered as an option..This art show provided a platform for me to see the theater section of the place--Usually I book shows without checking out the venue--Someone like me who has toured the world has to book shows in Germany without having seen the place...It was nice to have seen it...But wasn't necessary to book it. I had already spoken to them about the show and set up a meeting....Keep it real with Love KK - Kelly Keeling

Sorry to dissapoint Matayo's fans, but these Beatles shows were in the works long before the Vortex show. Kelly has already performed this show in several venues, so while Matayo did indeed invite Kelly to perform at Cite des Arts for the Vortex show, Paul did not initiate, negotiate, nor design the upcoming performances at Cite. As Kelly Keeling's manager/personal assistant, I do want to set the record straight that it was a misunderstanding in the statement that the Vortex show was Kelly's art show--it was Paul Meo's (Matayo) art show. But Kelly initiated the shows at Cite, and we negotiated the contracts and every minute detail. Matayo had/has absolutely nothing to do with the Beatles Tribute shows. These are Kelly's shows. Kelly Keeling designed, organized, and will produce the shows without help from anyone but his mangament team, MindRadio Artists. Let's give credit where credit is due. Thank you. - Lana Wiggins

"Keeling says he got the idea of the tribute during HIS art show at Cite called The Vortex"... Well to make corrections to his statement. Keeling didn't have a art show that he himself created. He was a part of a art show. He was invited to sing as an artist not the creator of the art exhibit. Matayo who was the art curator of Cite des Art was the True Creator of the Art show "The Vortex". I just though i'd correct his statement since i was part of this art show as well. Many thanks to Matayo since he opened doors to other opportunities to the artist he helped while at Cite Des Art. If it wasn't for his open and willing hand to put hard work the possibility of this Beatles tribute might have not been at Cite Des Art since Matayo invited Keeling to perform for "The Vortex" in the first place. Hopefully this can be helpful for future reference.
Thank You - Johnny Campos
