			<description>Just an observation... the charge for curbside recycling takes into account the revenues the contractor receives from sale of recycable materials.  If recycling ceased, not only would the garbage charges increase to account for the collection, hauling and disposal of this additional tonnage, the revenues for sale of recyclables would go away.  The result could very well be an increase in the garbage charge that exceeds the current recycling charge.
