In evry venue, when I spoke in favor of continued consolidation, I also mentioned that amendments to the charter needed to be made, and that I would continue agitating until that happened. I am grateful that this first step is being taken. Unfortunately I will be out of town on a short family vacation, but I do hope to be involved some way with this next step.
