			<description>The demand is high. I called to subscribe on 9-6 before 7 am. I was on hold for 20 minutes and 57 seconds before a message came on saying that due to high demand the wait is over fifteen minutes. Please hang up and try later. Later attempts led to the same message, only right away, not after waiting 20 minutes on hold, and now a busy signal. I still want to subscribe and will continue trying but I'm not impressed with The Advocate customer service on my first experience. Beef up the phone service so we can subscribe.
