I think it was a good thing that they had this eval done, however...as it precludes him at a later date trying to allege that he was eligible for the NGRI plea.. FYI, in order for him to qualify for that, he'd have to not be able to tell the difference between right and wrong. Evidently...this eval cleared that up nicely.
