			<description>Mr. Meaux, he pleaded guilty...and is serving  his sentence.  I think it was a good thing that they had this eval done, however...as it precludes him at a later date trying to allege that he was eligible for the NGRI plea.. FYI, in order for him to qualify for that, he'd have to not be able to tell the difference between right and wrong.  Evidently...this eval cleared that up nicely.  All people who have mental problems are NOT eligible for NGRI...only those who qualify.

			<description>Oh boy! Now we get to watch this go through the courts and Lavergne get off for mental problems.  What needs to be done is to make Lavergne to pay all court costs up front before any more proceedings go through. - Joseph Meaux</description>
