I know that I have seen a ratio of around fifteen or twenty television ads for Mr. Boustany compared to one for Mr. Landry. I also see that a hospital association is funding ads telling us they are banking on Mr. Boustany. You accuse Mr. Landry of back room deals but apparently have nothing but, OMG, a mean spirited ad hominem attack. Based on your “money is bad for sure” logic Glenn Armentor is a lawyer and leader of the local Democratic Party we cannot trust. I disagree with Mr. Armentor on some things but I respect him as a person and a leader. No one deserves to have Walter Pierce or the editorial staff at The Ind attack them this way. Stop wasting our time. - Chuck Cottrell

Walter Pierce, have you not enough sense to know that " YOU " cannot nudge anyone from the trough.
Landry has found beaucoup special interest deep pockets just as Pelosi and " I was there KERRY, ya see the bullet scar on my a.. ", are selling their votes, we all know californians are ninth degree liberals pelosi has both hands out the "Old Biddy and Kerry has extremely long fingers with moldy green nails.
Thank God you're thick skinned like a Rhino, because payback lurks around the sty. You have just stirred up the little piglets at the family troughs, you know " WHO .
We know that politicians steal their weight in gold every year they are in office . Hey Noticee : LSC members and Pedi's are the first and only ones to defend the right to their, " Mordida ! - Ciano Leal

One's financial worth should not be a deterinant to one's qualifications for any given public office. To allow such information to color the persecption of a candidate is allowing the electorial process to fall into the realm of demogagory. Candidates should be evaluated on the value of their respective character not the value of their net worth. To do otherwise is allowing the baser aspects the more prejudical elements of society to take hold/control of the electoral process. That being said, the article is informative and eye opening...

Hey Walter, it sounds as if Landry might be a Democrat in Republican clothing, so, why don't you support him? You might have a spy in the GOP! Oooohhh! Note: I'm being a little sarcastic if you weren't sure :0
