How frickin' smart are these ya-ho's? Last week my daughter was parked at a meter that had jammed coins. So she called to report it. Guess what happened? The dumb ass went to the meter, gave her a ticket, then left. Of course he did not fix the meter! Now that is the kind of thing that really pisses people off!
