It matters not what he does, or does not do, with regard to ethical, moral, social mores or lack thereof. He is loved and supported by the people of his district. Does the name Marion Barry ring a bell of recognition for anyone? In his last go round, reported in depth by "The Independent," no one from his district stepped up to make a formal complaint. No formal complaint, no formal charges. Hence, all of his reported actions were glossed over and accepted.
