			<description>What bothers me is a building built in 1977 already has to be rebuilt.  They say it leaks?  Does every school building that is built in Lafayette Parish leak?  What this tells me, is someone who is building or designing these buildings need to check designs of 100 years ago.  It looks to me like taxpayer built buildings (in Lafayette) have a built in self destruct time line!!  But wgas, it's taxpayer money, right? - Michael A. Moss</description>
