He knows the man he hired and is apparently satisfied with his abilities. A degree does not make a man. Look at those opposed to him. All the education in the world cannot make a person so smart that he will do right when his aim is to do wrong. Mark, every man has things about himself that do not make him proud. You know this. Aubrey is just a born troublemaker whose intellect I really doubt. I don't know the others in opposition but must question that they will try to cover up the fact that they did not do their jobs in checking this matter out thoroughly and now want to cover up their irresponsibility by taking it out on Mr. Welch. On the other hand, Chaisson and company could learn alot from Mr. Welch, as he at least shows up for the work he is getting paid for.
