			<description>My understanding is that the plan has now been limited to only work on Section 1 for the time-being, because it was the only one in agreement, (University Ave. to Doucet Rd.)

In addition, I further understood that the road would narrow near the University instead of the standard boulevard design.

One thing also important to point out here is that this plan fits in some areas where the ROW is already 100 feet, in others it is 80 feet.
In each location, a context sensitive solution would be required.  If parking is an issue, it would be banked and offset by neighboring properties available. - Jason Faulk</description>
