While most of the topics discussed were parochial in nature, there was quite a buzz building around legislation that would join the region with Acadiana " I'm all for the effort, but y'all have to learn that Terrebonne, Lafourche and St. Mary Parishes ARE Acadiana. Acadiana is composed of 22 parishes in south Louisiana and Terrebonne, Lafourche and St. Mary are as much a part of it as are Lafayette, St. Martin and St. Landry! - Brian G.
