It's not all about black politics. St. Landry voters, black and white, saw that the Cravins (The Independent's favorite pet awhile back) are out for the Cravins. They don't like white people, and you could see it in the shift of white voters. The Cravins don't help black people, unless their name is Cravins, or cousin, or girlfriend. And you could see it in the shift of SLP black voters. To know them is to not vote for them.
