			<description>Good letter.  Those points really can't be disputed.

But how do you go about doing this?  That's the problem.  The Higher Ed elites do not care if the state gets this money by increasing the burden on the backs of Louisiana taxpayers.

I have yet to see a letter, op/ed, quote, or hear one of the supporters of &quot;completely funding Higher Ed&quot; decrying the waste of tax dollars through NGOs, golf courses, etc.  All I hear them say is &quot;support SB 335&quot;, which does nothing but continue to load the burden of state appropriations upon the backs of taxpayers. - Cajun Runner</description>
