			<description>Very good article and well written. I look at it from a different perspective as I did and do own 306A calder. UL has grown thru the years and who would have thought that almost every student would own or drive an automobile to school. One thing that is needed is parking for all of these automobile. It will be a lot easier to find a parking space after this is implemented.
There was another vote taken a few years ago to change the flow of traffic thru this subdivision, which I was against. This was run thru by a few lawyers who lived in the subdivision to protect their kids. As you know it was passed and now you have to figure out what street to take to get to a certain point in the subdivision. These people who pushed this thru are now gone and live elsewhere but we are still stuck with the blocked off streets.
