I believe I am taxed enough already. I don't believe in socialism, work if you want it don't expect me to give it to you.

Global warming.......polar ice caps melting.....what happens to a glass full of ice? Does it spill over when the ice melts? There is your first hole in Al's theory....the oceans will not rise and wipe out land mass. Yes he has lied about the rest.

I don't believe alot of what I read but I do want to make up my own mind....keep your slanted views out of your reporting and let me make up my own mind after I review the facts - simple simon

Count the solar flares emitted by the Sun. 21 a few years ago, this year, zero, so far. The Sun is a big toaster oven. Turn it up, temps go up, turn it down, freezing. Why has the citrus line gone south? We grew citrus crops (limes, lemons, oranges, grapefruit)in South Louisiana for many years. Citrus doesn't like cold, yet it seems cold is going south. We can't grow citrus in South Louisiana like we did 40 years ago. It's getting colder, but the last to know are our great leaders, who with their background in BA, not BS, couldn't titrate a precipitate, if they knew the concept. It snowed in South Louisiana this last winter. Everybody laughed, must be global warming, they joked. - BarfGagWheeze

Global warming is a hoax. 650 climatologists stood up a the UN conference in Poland last December and said so. The earth has been cooling since 1998, the polar ice packs have gained 5%, and now equal the mass present in 1980. Climatologists now say an Ice Age is more likely. Remember in the 70's when everyone was talking about an Ice Age. How about the "hole in the Ozone layer"? Global warming is just a myth to scare everyone into huge taxes on energy and carbon emissions. CO2 levels lag warming, not the cause. Oceans give off CO2 as they warm, and absorb it when they cool. Listen to the scientists, not a bunch of tax and spend politicians with law degrees, and goofball Gore with a journalism degree. Google global warming Poland, and edemacate yourself. - BarfGagWheeze

I just love the image on top of the website - outlines of the Louisiana Capital Building and a collection of every refinery flare tower in Louisiana. Lookin' good. I wonder why the air around it is so magical... - ohgoodie

TP-Louisiana, and TEA parties in general, might be taken more seriously if they stuck to the very real issue of being taxed enough already. Sure, we pay a heck of a lot of taxes and government is wasteful. But they had to jump on the "hoax" bandwagon, embracing partisan claptrap instead of the scientific consensus. And "The Obama Deception" propaganda? Puhleez. - Resident

I hope all you non-believers in global warming don't evacuate for the next outta control hurricane. The more the Gulf heats, the more you'll be blown away. This will surely stop the belly aching ignorance you're sooo proud of. - pawpaw
