Otherwise, the musician may have a cause of action against the photographer for using his face to make money off of you. The Daily sent me some such snippy email after a member of our website posted a photo of theirs. I took it down, after some time, just to let them stew a little. Heaven knows the Daily wouldn't use a photo, graphic or clipart grabbed from some website or business brochure or yearbook or private album without written permission and paying for it. NAAH.
