I'm glad to finally read something relevant to the actual facts of the local Lafayette real estate market. It seems entirely too difficult to find any information on it anywhere. It makes me wonder if there isn't a need for some kind of local real estate news reporting done by someone who actually spends a little time discovering what is actually going on rather than just recycling the national stuff. I bet an enterprising person could make some money if they started a Lafayette real estate news report. - Hugh Robertson

BILL: ENJOYED THE ARTICLE. TO QUOTE PAUL SAMUELSON, PRES KENNEDY'S CHIEF ECONOMIC ADVISOR TESTIFYING BEFORE A SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE MEMBER WHO KEPT THROWING "AVERAGES" AT DR. SAMUELSON. SAMUELSON FINALLY GOT FED UP AND INTERUPTED SAYING, "SENATOR, IF YOU PUT A MAN'S HEAD IN AN OVEN AND HIS BEHIND IN A FREEZER, HIS TEMPERATURE WILL PROBABLY BE AVERAGE!"

BEST WISHES; I ENJOY YOUR ARTICLES.
