			<description>I feel the NGO's should be line itemed and handled individually. Some, like festival international, bring more money into the area than is spent by LCG.  Most are free rides to weelfare recipient that are already tgaken care of by the federal government.  And on 232-help, it is nonprofit for all except Maria Placer.  And she stood before the council last night chastising them for taking so long. Shame on her and hoorah for Mr. theriot for asking the important questions.     - pedro</description>

			<description>Tonight LCG will force taxpayers to fund the NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS that Druel, Bertrand &amp; Co. decide are worthy.  Politicians believing they are better qualified to determine which NGOs/non-profits working Americans should donate to.
