I am glad some of the fat will be trimmed. Its been out of hand for a long time and these cuts are absolutely warranted and necessary. Tutiion was raised & that didn't change a thing! No one wants to do anything to better the situation, just collect a big check. And the answer isn't to cut TOPS.
