The reason there is a black expo is because black business owners are more likely to fail 5 times than their white counterparts. There is a disparity when it comes between white and black business owners, therefore more focus needs to be put on black business owners to fit their specific needs to stay in business. Also there is a black expo to encourage and enhance recycling black dollars. Every ethnic group (white, asian and hispanic) shop within their own community except for blacks. Where the other ethnic groups shop within in their own neighborhood per say blacks do not shop within their own community thus their community has lack. These are just 2 reasons their are black expos. Great question about the racism, however thats not the case. If you are a business owner you should ask to set up a booth most of the times these types of events are inclusive for black business owners but they are not exclusive to others. You should be able to attend. - One Who Cares for All

When will the White Business Expo be held? Why does racism continue? Because of the double standard being setforth by the black community. Why must there be "Black" in front of our daily lives. Is the Chamber of Commerce not enough that we must have a "Black" Chamber? - Anonymous
