Imagine that! In Lafayette Parish we can start by asking the school board members with the longest tenure, what the heck are we getting in return for paying you a monthly salary of $800.00? Principals running their schools might be a problem. I think we must first be certain we have capable administrators. Politics in the LPSS tend to promote employees based on friendships/favoritism not leadership abilities. The LPSB gave Lemoine a promotion and two raises before his interim contract even expired.
