Now that the dates don't line up right, the council and the school board might have to work late a few nights, and forgo their usual political posturing and infighting to GET THE JOB DONE before an election. But no, that's too hard, that won't work, so let's just re-write the charter? They don't like the rules they have to play by, so let's just change those rules? Is it just me?
