On February 20, our local Scouts will celebrate the first one-hundred years of Scouting in America by planting the Centennial Cypress Forest just south of the welcome center at Butte Larose. This will kick off our next one-hundred years of service and character building in partnership with the Basin. Looking forward to more stories of adventures in the Atchafalaya Basin.
