Best to invest in freon gas, you guess why it is such an expensive gas, and their is a gross price inflation on freon gas each year.......AC, Bre'r.... BE COOL ! - NORTHSIDIAN SHOTGUN

written by JP , "Ms. Kierkegaard, that kind of flawed logic"

I did try to buy something made in North Korea. Alas, third rate nuclear devices were not on my shopping list. Nonetheless, existence is basically meaningless but I am having fun anyway. - Sofia Kierkegaard

Ms. Kierkegaard, that kind of flawed logic is not becoming of someone with your last name.

Ms. Davis, I sure do like trade between nations better than bombs. The "free market" does not exist here, but is a useful cliche for politicians seeking to divide and conquer so they can continue propping up their favorite corporation. - JP

Hey Bruce, from what I've heard Griff is a good Christian and married to a good Christian woman. He's just addressing question. I do not think atheists, Christians, or pantheists have anything to do with it. The people who decide are probably the same people who 1) control/own the Federal Reserve 2) Tell Clinton, Bush, Obama exactly what they should and shouldn't do. 3) Don't give an S if you are Christian, Muslim, or what ever and do not give an S about national sovereignty 4) and will probably have you and everybody else verichip'd in the coming decade if people don't break free of the left-right paradigm of political manipulation. - Jeff Thib

Ay Langlinais, would'nt you peeps be safer at the " go-cart ranch ? I'm thinking of leasing the Delchamps Stores in the area and building """ BUMPER CAR , Indoor Raceways, A LA TIBBY"S SKATING RINK . Would you and your club, "THE PEDALING PEEPS, buy memberships ?
The Rink would be a " members only fun place, in order to keep the BIKERS, from spoiling your fun............

Hey Griff
When we reduce the world population to 500million, do you get to stay, and who decides? And do all the people who get to stay have to be atheists like the pantheists mentioned in your article? - Bruce

written by JP "Maybe if I told you that Bill and Hillary Clinton were the drivers behind the Wal-Mart/China surge, you'd join in the boycott?"

The driver behind Wal-Mart/China is the free market. Bill and Hillary Clinton just happened to be there. Nonetheless, I like China dropping products on us instead of bombs, don't you?

In our time, the Silk road cuts across the Pacific instead Asia. Trade is the fountain of a better life for everyone.

JP you got me motivated. I going to Wal-Mart to buy something just to put in the trash. In the scope of the cosmos, the debate over whether one form of matter is better than another is meaningless. - Sofia Kierkegaard

Well, cynical ones, Wal-Mart is the epitome of globalized, homogenized, cutthroat, slave labor business...killing our manufacturing economy and local business. Its cheaper prices come at a cost not realized in the price tag. Maybe if I told you that Bill and Hillary Clinton were the drivers behind the Wal-Mart/China surge, you'd join in the boycott? - JP

Boycott Wal-Mart?

Yes, the evil powers at Wal-Mart force people into their store at gunpoint to buy stuff. People should be regulated by a government agency on what they buy. Griff Blakewood is the Messiah who will lead us to the promised land. He should head this agency as he knows what everyone needs. Thank goodness for Griff. The all knowing and all seeing, Griff. - Steve Rand

Why did Lafayette switch over from manned garbage trucks to the robot-arm thing? Two reasons. Allied Waste was losing money on the contract and they had service problems in 2007 that went on for awhile —

Really? I find it hard to believe that they were loosing money. Were they really loosing money or was it that their profits were just not high enough?

How many other companies got to bid on this again? - citizen
