Here is another company Mike will have to sue.
http://gadgets.zoho.com/zc/index.do

Trying to claim the word Gadget is so stupid, that is there must be something else at play, like Mike wants to get money for nothing, and his chicks for free :)

When a trademark is registered doesn't take precedence over "first use" - which is what I believe Firefly is asserting. And just because Google is big doesn't mean that small businesses damaged by them shouldn't have recourse. I hope David wins this battle with Goliath - or at least takes some of the bully out of him... - IKNOWEVERYTHING

Why do you hide as ITMobster when you speak of someone in such a negative way. Is it because your real identity will expose you for who you really are? Or is it because you simply don't want to attach your real name to such a classless act. Mike, as well as the rest of my family, has worked our way up from nothing (and I mean nothing). You are correct, he is smart and innovative. However, he is confident in what he has achieved in life and will fight to make sure no one takes it away. If you want to criticize him for that, then perhaps you are the one that needs to be humbled. - Chris Spears

You have to know Mike. If Al Gore invented the internet, then Mike Spears invented CMS Websites.... He is a legend in his own mind. He should have stuck to dog furniture. Don't get me wrong, he is smart and somewhat innovative, but, humble this guy is not! - ITMobster
