			<description>According to DDA, some $130 million of public and privte money hss been invested in downtown over the last 15 years. JSM, one of the first and most vocal advocates of &quot;public money&quot; for downtown is now closing.  Shouldn't that closing tell us something about the success of that &quot;economic development&quot;.  But I think the answer will me more public money, not a change in direction.  Like LEDA tearing down the old federal courthouse and spending $millions to build another economic development project?  Same thing, same outcome. - just a citizen</description>
