JSM, one of the first and most vocal advocates of "public money" for downtown is now closing. Shouldn't that closing tell us something about the success of that "economic development". But I think the answer will me more public money, not a change in direction. Like LEDA tearing down the old federal courthouse and spending $millions to build another economic development project?
