Statue of limitations, term limits of laws pertaining to malfeasence in office by any/and all politicians; the time limit for charges/penalty for charges such as malfeasence in office, shall be declared null and void following a time period of 10 days, if the politican charged is not brought before the court to face his accusers and the state mandate, number of 88 witnesses to the crime.
