What I dislike is the fact that there seems to be very little land-use regulation in place over those years. The developments,especially at the intersection on Albertsons Parkway and Hwy 90 are poorly laid out, very little control over signage, lack of greenscape/tress and simply unattractive. These kind of developments continue to happen. Scott and Duson seems to have the same problem.
