Who snuck in the legislation limiting the liability of the oil companies????? Something must be done to reverse that immediately!!! And legislation must be enacted to mandate any and all safety devices or procedures to ensure the safety of coastal waters. Its a proven fact the oil industry will not police itself. Someone has to protect the common man, the wildlife of this country and the coastal waters of the US. No wonder the Sierra Club and such do not trust BIG OIL or big business to do it. Sometimes the "tree huggers" know of what they speak and they speak the truth. - Morrow
