BP expertise is drilling wells, not containing oil well spills
and as in this case with a mile deep blow-out at the well-head entrance, BP is completely in the dark... So! We have an English based "OIL OPERATOR-BP, and "A DUTCH BASED DRILLING RIG COMPANY, TRANSOCEAN"...with an OIL WELL BLOW OUT, in American territorial waters. If the spill was off the English coast or off the Netherlands, these two companys would be squeeging the oil by hand from their shores.....instead BP is laying the blame on Transocean, and Transocean is putting the blame on Halliburton, this sounds more like a political scenario with each day............ - Hardhat
