Isn't it obvious since you use mud to balance a well in the first place? How long will it take them to figure out that they need to get massive vacuum pumps and hoses on oil tankers out to the oil plumes ASAP? The longer we wait the less dense the oil plumes will be and the more impossible it will be to extract them from the oceans.
