Thanks to all who used their passion, their smarts, their influence and their patience to see the first goal of this campaign through and that brought a public consensus on this concern. I'd especially like to applaud Rob Stevenson, who several years ago had the gumption to say, Yes, he believed that a resolution supporting the use of the Horse Farm for a public park, could in fact be passed through the Consolidated Council. That I believe, proved to be a major turning point in this entire affair.
