That's the point? Is there a neighborhood committee? Since RR is part of the City of Lafayette, we would expect the "officials" of RR to be the same "officials" running the city of Lafayette.... I've driven there many times and I understand the matter of safety in some of those areas. The road becomes very narrow when vehicles are parked on both sides of the road and its scary and aggravating when pedestrians just parade on through with very little regard for oncoming traffic. Its happened to me more than once. If I hit someone, and they're in the wrong, and they're not hurt, I may have to strangle them anyway.
