			<description>Oh boy, this may get interesting.  Again, under the constitution of the State of Louisiana and particularly of the United States of America, are corporations in fact &quot;citizens&quot; or &quot;persons&quot; under the law?

There has been much debate over whether or not the Supreme Court actually ever made a ruling in the affirmative on this position over 100 years ago, but I would say, for this small matter, a corporation should not be considered a citizen unless it is given the right to vote. - Jason D.
