Again, under the constitution of the State of Louisiana and particularly of the United States of America, are corporations in fact "citizens" or "persons" under the law? There has been much debate over whether or not the Supreme Court actually ever made a ruling in the affirmative on this position over 100 years ago, but I would say, for this small matter, a corporation should not be considered a citizen unless it is given the right to vote. - Jason D.
