I remember some of the attackers of 9/11 had spent considerable time in Lafayette and Louisiana. I abhor this kind of behavior. I think for the most part Laf & Louisiana is pretty tolerant esp in comparison to other communities. I also recognize militants take advantage of that mentality & regard that as a flaw, a weakness. Being americans we are accused of many things, but the scariest thing we are to the leaders of this hate parade around the world is that we are tolerant. The Daily Advertiser is reporting that the incident is being investigated as a possible hate crime. It's a damn shame this b.s. is rearing its head in our community.
