When Don Trahan claimed to be a teacher, he was best known for sleeping in the Teachers Lounge. And, being consistant, when he was with the Bowen Administration, even when his office door was closed he could be heard snoring. Since he has NEVER been known for his productivity and, since he was employed by Dept. of Ed. less than two years, there is no doubt that DOE could no longer afford to pay him for sleeping. Salary for the last three years of service x length of years in public service (including probably going back to his time with the Bowen administration) x 3.5 and voila! a very comfortable retirement indeed.
