Bofred, if you don't think that the majority of the parish residences would love to have the Horse Farm saved in its pristine setting for all future generations, you are a half bubble off. While the use of the Horse Farm, could end in some elite campaign sponsors pocket, that may be its fate while the present administration is in power,( notice, i did not say in office ) but, if "El Presidente gets put to the curb and the elite don't push for another puppet, wellllll there are many more being groomed, we may luck out and have a person in office without a leash on his neck or a yoke with turnips tops dangling ahead to tempt him, and control his every move, or is that greenbucks dangling ? - Northsidian Shotgun

I am very leery of the sainted central park. I don't think the city has the funds to purchase the property, or the millions to develop the property and THEN THERE GONNA BE A TAX, PROBABLY PROPERTY, FOR PERSONNEL AND TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY. In precarious economic times such as we have now, I am not thrilled about the horse farm. I just don't think it would surprise a lot of people to find out no everyone is so hell bent on saving the horse farm.... - BoFred
